Kitchen Remodeler Miami, FL
Kitchen remodeler Miami, FL: we run full kitchen remodels from our Doral office, permits and inspections included.

Your kitchen has had enough. The cabinets are swelling, the layout fights you every night, or a past contractor left the job half done. If you want the whole kitchen rebuilt, permitted, and inspected by one licensed kitchen remodeler, you are in the right place. Waiting rarely saves money: a leak under the sink and a soft cabinet box only get worse.
What Kitchen Problems Bring Miami Homeowners to Us?
Most calls to a kitchen remodeler in Miami start with one of four problems.
The cabinets are failing.
Miami air stays humid most of the year. Particleboard boxes swell at the base and under the sink, and the doors start to peel. Once the box is soft, new doors will not save it.
The layout no longer works.
A closed galley kitchen, or an island too small for the family, means moving walls, pipes, and wiring. That is a full remodel, not a refresh.
Something forced the job.
Old wiring, an unpermitted remodel that showed up at sale, or insurance work after a leak can all turn into a kitchen rebuild.
A past contractor took the deposit and stalled.
Florida law covers this. In most cases, a contractor who takes more than 10 percent of the price up front on a home job must apply for permits within 30 days and start within 90 days of getting them, unless you agreed in writing to more time (Florida Statutes §489.126).
Doing it yourself rarely holds up here. Moving a sink, a gas line, or a circuit needs a permit and an inspector's sign-off, which is why a licensed kitchen remodeler pulls one.

Our Kitchen Remodeling Services
A full remodel is several trades on one schedule, and your kitchen remodeler runs all of them. Here is what each part involves, and where to read more.
It starts with the boxes. Kitchen Cabinet Installation covers how cabinets are sized, ordered, and set level on a Miami slab that is rarely flat. If your boxes are still solid, Cabinet Refacing puts new doors and drawer fronts on them and keeps the rest.
Then the stone. Kitchen Countertop Installation explains templating, seams, and edges for quartz, granite, and quartzite. Kitchen Island Installation covers the hidden support under an overhang, room for stools, and the power and water an island needs. Above the counter, Kitchen Backsplash Installation covers tile layout around outlets, windows, and the hood.
Behind the walls is where inspections happen. Kitchen Electrical Installation covers new circuits, panel upgrades, and GFCI protection near water. Kitchen Plumbing Installation covers moving a sink, new drain lines, and gas for a range. Both are permitted and inspected.
Last comes the finish. Kitchen Lighting Installation layers ceiling, pendant, and under-cabinet light so you can see what you are cutting. Kitchen Flooring Installation settles whether the floor goes in before or after the cabinets, and how to keep slab moisture out.
One kitchen remodeler, one contract: we do all of this as one full remodel. We do not take single-trade jobs.
Kitchen Remodeler for Doral and Miami Homes

Our office is at 8200 NW 41st St, Suite 200-4, Doral, FL 33166. From there we work as a kitchen remodeler across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. Most of our work sits between Aventura and Coral Gables, with Doral, Miami Springs, Tamiami, and Pinecrest in between.
Your address decides who issues the permit. Doral is its own city, with its own building department and online permit system. Coral Gables and Miami Beach run their own too. A home outside any city line goes through Miami-Dade County instead. Each city in the county has its own building official for permits and inspections (Miami-Dade County). We pull the permit in our name with whichever office covers your home.

Your building changes the work. Most single-family homes here have gas service and an outside wall for a vented hood. Condo towers add board approval, freight elevator bookings, and set work hours, so we plan those into the schedule from day one.
Wind and water change it too. Miami-Dade and Broward sit in Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so a new or larger kitchen window must be an approved impact product with a Miami-Dade NOA. If your home is in a flood zone, a large remodel can trigger FEMA's 50% substantial-improvement rule, and we check that before design.

We file with your city or the County. Cabinets, stone, and appliances get ordered now, so long lead times do not stall the build.
The old kitchen comes out. New plumbing, wiring, and venting go in and get inspected before the walls close.
Cabinets, stone, tile, floor, and appliances. This is the longest phase, and its length depends on your tier.
Hardware, paint, trim, lights, and faucets. Final inspections start here.
Punch list, final sign-offs, permit closed, and warranties registered in your name.

Questions About Your Miami Kitchen Remodel
QHow much does a kitchen remodel cost in Miami?
A full kitchen remodel with us runs from $12.5K to $300K+, in five tiers. Tier 00 is $12.5K–$20K for a small to medium kitchen, Tier 01 is $20K–$50K, Tier 02 is $50K–$100K, Tier 03 is $100K–$200K, and Tier 04 starts at $200K. Most Miami kitchens land in Tier 02. Plan 10 to 20 percent extra for what demolition uncovers.
QHow long does a kitchen remodel take in Miami?
The build runs 4 to 6 weeks for a small or medium kitchen and never more than 16 weeks, even at Tier 04. Design and permits come first and take 3 to 6 weeks. In a condo tower, we plan board approval and elevator time in before the build starts.
QDo I need a permit to remodel my kitchen in Miami?
Yes, if you move plumbing, wiring, gas, or a wall. Which office issues it depends on your address: a home in Doral goes to the City of Doral, and a home outside any city goes to Miami-Dade County. Swapping cabinets in the same layout can be exempt. We pull every permit in our name.
QHow much should I pay a kitchen remodeler up front in Florida?
Ask for the payment schedule in writing before you sign. Under Florida law, a contractor who takes more than 10 percent up front on a home job must, in most cases, apply for permits within 30 days and start within 90 days of getting them. If a contractor takes a large deposit and stalls, that law is on your side.
QCan you remodel a kitchen in a Miami condo, and why does it take longer than a house?
Yes. As a kitchen remodeler working in Miami condo towers, we see condo work take longer for three reasons. The board has to approve the plans, usually in 2 to 6 weeks. Crews can only work set hours and must book the freight elevator. And many towers limit new holes in the concrete slab, so pipes and gas lines may need another route. We sort all three out before demolition, so the build itself stays inside our tier timelines.
QDo I have to move out during a kitchen remodel?
Usually not for the whole job. The kitchen is offline during demolition and rough-ins, which take 1 to 2 weeks, and water, gas, and power to the kitchen get shut off. Many families stay home with a small temporary kitchen in the dining room or garage.
QDo you charge to come look at my kitchen?
No. The site visit, the scope talk, and the written quote are free, with no trip fee. You pay nothing until work begins, and the price is in the contract before you sign.
QWhat warranty comes with a kitchen remodel?
Every project has a written 1 to 2 year labor warranty, spelled out in the contract. Cabinets, stone, and appliances also carry their own manufacturer warranties. If something we installed fails inside that window, we come back and fix it.
QHow do I check that a kitchen remodeler in Miami is licensed?
Look up the license number at MyFloridaLicense.com. Ours is CGC1524886. Then check the permit history on BuildZoom and read the Google reviews. Do all three before you sign with anyone.
QWill a large kitchen remodel in a Miami flood-zone home trigger FEMA's 50% rule?
It can. If the cost of the work passes half the value of the building, the home may have to meet current flood rules. That is why we check your flood zone and the numbers during design, before you commit to a scope.
